No library service on January 30-31

Vaara Libraries update the library system during the last weekend of January.

The web library is not in use Friday, January 29 from 9 pm (21.00) to Sunday, January 31. During the weekend, you cannot renew your loands, make reservations or use the search function in the web library.

In addition, Joensuu Main Library as well as libraries in Lieksa and Nurmes are closed.

From Monday, February 1 the Heinävesi library will be part of Vaara Libraries. You may use the same library card in all Vaara Libraries. Also the shared electronic materials (such as e-magazines and music streaming services) are available to all customers.
