All Vaara libraries closed on Monday, 23 March

All Vaara libraries in North Karelia will be closed on Monday 23 March due to updates in the library system (Koha).

There is no access to the self-service libraries, web library or electronic resources at least on Monday 23 March.
– There may be brief interruptions in services until Tuesday morning.
– The databases close on Sunday 22 March at 7 pm (19.00). After this you cannot renew your loans online.
– Loan due dates do not fall on the days the library is closed.

The updates do not affect the use of the national E-library.

On Tuesday, 24 March, Vaara libraries will be open as usual.
– The opening hours of self-service libraries vary by location on Tuesday.
– You can check the current opening hours of your own library in the online library.
