All Vaara libraries closed on October 31

All Vaara libraries are closed on Friday, October 31st due to staff training day. Joensuu Main Library is also closed on Saturday, November 1st (public holiday).

There is normall access to the self-service libraries, web library and electronic resources.

Nepenmäki self-service library opens at 4 pm on Friday due to military call-ups organized by the City of Joensuu.
