Ilmiöklubi: Maahanmuuttaja yrittäjänä

Syksyn ensimmäisessä Ilmiöklubissa keskustellaan siitä millaista on luoda yritystoimintaa maahanmuuttajana Suomessa ja Joensuussa. Vieraana on Hama Safir, joensuulainen markkinointiyrittäjä. Ilmiöklubilla Hama kertoo tarinansa Suomeen muuttamisesta ja täällä yrittämisestä. Haastattelijana ja illan juontajana toimii Karelia Amk:n opiskelija Kshitij Panday. Haastattelu käydään englanniksi, mutta yleisökysymyksiä voi esittää myös suomeksi.
Syyskuun Ilmiöklubi kokoontuu torstaina 10.9 klo 17.30 Joensuun pääkirjaston Taiteiden aukiolla. Tule mukaan keskustelemaan – tai kuuntelemaan.

Ilmiöklubi on neljä kertaa syksyn aikana kokoontuva keskusteluklubi, joka innostaa nykypäivän lukijoita kummastelemaan, kyseenalaistamaan sekä saamaan näkökulmia median ja maailman ilmiöistä.
Kokoonnumme Joensuun pääkirjaston Taiteiden aukiolla kutkuttavien aiheiden parissa kerran kuussa torstaisin.
Jokaisella kerralla meille saapuu kiinnostava vieras, joka johdattaa meidät aiheeseen. Alustuksen jälkeen on aikaa keskustelulle, jossa tapahtuman vetäjät ja yleisö saavat esittää kysymyksiä ja vaihtaa ajatuksia aiheen ympäriltä.

IN ENGLISH:
The first Ilmiöklubi of the autumn will focus on the experience of starting a business in Finland and Joensuu as an immigrant. Our guest is Hama Safir, a marketing entrepreneur based in Joensuu. At the event, Hama will share the story of moving to Finland and becoming an entrepreneur here. The evening will be hosted and moderated by Kshitij Panday, a student at Karelia University of Applied Sciences. The interview will be conducted in English, but questions from the audience may also be asked in Finnish.
Ilmiöklubi will take place on Thursday, September 10, at 5:30 PM at the Taiteiden aukio (Arts Square) in the Joensuu Main Library. Come along to join the conversation—or simply to listen.
Ilmiöklubi is a discussion club that meets four times during the autumn, inspiring today’s readers to wonder, question, and gain new perspectives on phenomena in the media and the world around us. We meet once a month on Thursdays at the Joensuu Main Library’s ”Taiteiden aukio” (Arts Square) to explore intriguing topics. At each session, an interesting guest joins us to introduce the subject. Following the presentation, there is time for discussion, allowing the event hosts and the audience to ask questions and exchange ideas about the topic. Why not join our intriguing club?
